Waste Oil

Do you change your own car oil?

Do you have waste cooking oil?

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE WASTE OIL?

BURN IT? BURY IT? BIN IT?

Or use it for another purpose where it ends up in the environment causing enormous harm?

EACH OF THESE IS WRONG!

What should be done?

COLLECT IT, PUT IT IN A CONTAINER, TAKE IT TO A WASTE OIL STATION

But you may ask - where's the Waste Oil Station?

In South Australia there are more than 106 Used Oil facilities.

More than 45 rural Councils have Used Oil facilities. These were largely funded by the federal government.

IF YOUR COUNCIL DOES NOT HAVE A WASTE OIL FACILITY, ASK FOR ONE TO BE CONSTRUCTED.
